Proven Effective Leadership

I have had the honor to serve as your 
San Marcos Justice of the Peace for the last term and
am currently running for re-election in the 2026 cycle.  

In addition to serving our community as your Justice of the Peace,
I serve all of Maricopa County as the Associate Presiding
Justice of the the Peace.  Prior to that, I served Tempe, Mesa,
Chandler, and Ahwatukee in our State Legislature for two terms. 

I am proud to have a reputation for a fair and balanced approach
and I firmly believe in listening to all sides of a situation and researching existing  laws and regulations before making decisions.

I truly care about our courts and fair access to justice. I would be honored to have your support to continue to serve the Chandler and Sun Lakes communities as your San Marcos Justice of the Peace.
